A brief description of the main activity of the company:

Rehabilitation of sick children and adolescents (from 10 to 18 years old) with diseases of the bronchopulmonary system, including inactive tuberculosis, as well as oncohematological diseases in the phase of complete remission and after completion of maintenance therapy.
Rehabilitation of patients over 18 years of age with diseases of the bronchopulmonary system, including inactive tuberculosis.

Requirements for the participants of the competition:

Pharmacist:

Technical and professional education (secondary vocational or higher) in "Pharmacy", certificate in "Pharmacy"

Nurse:

1) Availability of professional (secondary specialized, secondary vocational, higher) medical education in the specialty “Nursing”;

2) availability of a certificate in the specialty, a certificate of completion of a course in the relevant specialty “Fundamentals of Physiotherapy. Electrotherapy";

3) medical experience of at least 1 year.

Chief Specialist of the Department of Testing and Expertise of Natural Resources:

1) Higher professional education, professional retraining in the profile of professional activity;

2) work experience in the professional profile of at least 5 years.

Specialist of the Department of Testing and Expertise of Natural Resources:

1) Higher professional education, professional retraining in the profile of professional activity;

2) work experience in the professional profile of at least 3 years.

Internal Audit Service Specialist:

1) higher professional economic, legal education, additional specialized training in the field of auditing and at least 3 years of accounting experience;

2) secondary vocational, higher, postgraduate (economic) education, additional specialized training in the field of auditing and at least 5 years of accounting experience.

Head of the Department of Planning and Economics:

The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of head of management:

1) higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training, work experience in the specialty of at least 5 years;

2) preferably, proficiency in the state language and one of the most widely spoken foreign languages at a professional level that provides the opportunity to fully apply the state (foreign) language in the specialty within the framework of the position, conducting business negotiations and working with documentation.

2.2. 2. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

2.1. The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of Chief Physician of the Burabay Medical and Wellness Complex branch:

1) higher education in the field of "Healthcare", a certificate of completion of a certification course (retraining) in the specialty, "Health Management" ("Public Health") and (or) a certificate of qualification in the relevant specialty;

2) higher education in the field of "Healthcare" and (or) "Business, Management and Law", postgraduate education in the field of "Healthcare" and (or) "Business and Law"; or an executive or fulltime MBA degree, a certificate of a healthcare specialist in the relevant specialty, a higher or first degree in the specialty "Public Health", work experience in senior positions in the field of healthcare for organizations of regional and urban significance for at least 2 years;

3) for the implementation of medical activities (medical practice) - the presence of professional competencies: compliance with the general requirements for the qualification of a doctor (according to the profile) of the first (highest) or second (first) qualification category, a specialist certificate for admission to clinical practice.

Deputy Director for Economic, Administrative and Economic Support:

Qualification requirements

2.1. The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of Deputy Director for Economic, Administrative and Economic Support:

higher (and/or postgraduate) education in the field of Business, Management and Law (economics, finance, law) or engineering and work experience in senior positions in the field of at least 5 years or in the field of healthcare, or with an additional master's degree in Public Health, "Healthcare Management", at least 3 years of experience in senior positions in the field of healthcare or in the healthcare sector.

Head of the Public Procurement Department:

2.1. The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of head of the Public Procurement Department:

1) higher (or postgraduate) economic education, at least 3 years of work experience;

Head of the Department of Digitalization and Software:

2.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

2.1. The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of head of the Department of Digitalization and Software:

1) higher education in information technology (or) mathematics and (or) physics and (or) applied mathematics and (or) cybernetics;

2) total work experience of at least 5 years, including at least 3 years in senior positions;

3) proficiency in technical English at a level that ensures the possibility of using it in the performance of official duties, an experienced user of a personal computer and MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), EDMS "Lotus", the Internet. Visio skills are preferred.

Head of the Department of Planning and Economics:

The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of Head of the Department of Planning and Economics:

1) higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training, work experience in the specialty of at least 5 years;

Project Manager of the Research Department:

The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of project manager of the research department:

1) higher professional education;

2) the degree of doctor or Candidate of Sciences, PhD;

3) availability of scientific papers or copyright certificates for inventions, as well as large-scale scientific projects and developments implemented in practice.

4) preferably, proficiency in the state language and one of the most widely spoken foreign languages at a professional level that provides the opportunity to fully apply the state (foreign) language in the specialty within the framework of the position, conducting business negotiations and working with documentation.

Leading Researcher:

The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of a leading researcher:

1) higher professional education;

2) academic degree of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences, PhD;

3) availability of scientific papers or copyright certificates for inventions, as well as large-scale scientific projects and developments implemented in practice.

Specialist of the Department of Testing and Expertise of Natural Resources:

The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of a specialist in the Department of Testing and Expertise of Natural Resources:

1) higher professional education in the field of;

Specialist in Digitalization and Software Management:

2.1. The following qualification requirements apply to an employee who holds the position of a specialist in digitalization and software management:

1) higher technical education (development and implementation of automated information systems, design, database management, etc.);

2) proficiency in technical English at a level that ensures the possibility of application in the performance of official duties. An experienced PC user and MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SED "Lotus", Internet user. Visio skills are desirable.

The following persons are not accepted to participate in the competition:

-having an outstanding or outstanding criminal record in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
