Resume. The radical socio-political and economic changes of the 1990s, as well as the development of scientific and technological progress, had a negative impact on human health. This manifested itself in a decrease in the body's functional capabilities and a deterioration in the functioning of key life support systems. One of the ways to solve these problems in our country is the development of a sanatorium complex. Initially, the resort business in Kazakhstan followed Western experience, but over time, its own, more scientifically based approaches began to form. For a better understanding of the features and state of the Kazakh resort business, it is important to familiarize yourself with its history and development.
- An article was published in the Collection Shipazhay-2024 "Issues of balneology of the Republic of Kazakhstan", by the authors S.A. Kairgeldina, G.Sh. Zhumaeva, K.S. Absattarova on the topic: "Review of the leading rehabilitation centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their services".
On December 27, 2024, the National Scientific Council for the priority area of scientific, scientific and technical activities "Science of Life and Health" recommended for financing the application of the Human Rights Foundation IRN BR27199517 on the topic "An integrated approach to medical prevention and rehabilitation of occupational diseases of the bronchopulmonary system of dust etiology", for a total amount of 681,212,663 tenge.
On April 10, 2025, the National Scientific Council for the priority area of scientific, scientific and technical activities "Advanced manufacturing, digital and space technologies" recommended for financing the application of IRN AR27510665 on the topic "Application of artificial intelligence for the early diagnosis of cicatricial laryngeal stenosis in children" for a total amount of 89 174 838 tenge.
