The management of human resources, documentation and administrative support depends on its activities in cooperation with other structural divisions of the Institute, and ensures the implementation of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of work with personnel.
Management is engaged in the development of prognosis and determination of current and prospective needs in personnel, participation in the formation of Personnel Policy and personnel strategy of the Institute. Specialists of the management will receive training, training and distribution of personnel on the basis of their professional qualifications, personal and business qualities, organize training.
In connection with the management, there is a provision for the recruitment of workers, workers who are engaged in the initiative, as well as the provision of increased labor and compensation. The management will independently form the order, transfer, transfer, change of labor conditions and improvement of workers in accordance with labor legislation, local regulatory acts and orders of the director of the Institute.
The management consists of the formation, updating and teaching of personal partners, organizes work with Labor certificates and certificates to them, the corresponding Journal and the book of teachers. Specialists get, agree and present to the Director Projects of orders, reports and information materials on personnel issues, issue applications for labor activities of employees, work with the help of mass information at the opening of the vacancy.
In addition, the management will receive documents for the formation of preferential pension provision, materials for the presentation of benefits and awards, will form and provide information base of these personnel and personnel, including in the SUR program, as well as the vedet personal cards of workers in the form of T-2.
The management organizes a regular study of the work time, contains schedules of departures, monitors the functioning of labor discipline and seduction of internal Labor Relations in structural divisions.
