Director

The Department of Public Procurement carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Main management tasks
The Department organizes public procurement of goods, works and services for the needs of the enterprise in full compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement".

His duties include the formation of the annual public procurement plan, making necessary additions and changes to it, preparing tender documentation and procurement orders. The Department organizes and conducts the entire public procurement process, ensures coordination of work on compliance with established deadlines and procedures.
All public procurement procedures are carried out on the web portal of public procurement, the unified state information system. The Department ensures the conclusion of contracts based on the results of purchases in strict accordance with the law, monitors the submission of contract enforcement by suppliers, timely approval of acts of completed work, and organizes the execution of concluded contracts.

In addition, the department ensures the timely execution of control documents submitted to the department, and prepares analytical and background information for the Institute's management.
