The management organizes rational economic activities in accordance with available resources, identifies and effectively uses internal reserves of production in order to achieve maximum efficiency of the branch.

The management's competence includes participation in the formation, review and approval of the staffing table, the definition of forms of remuneration and a system of financial incentives for employees. Specialists develop budget applications for external financing, prepare the draft budget of the enterprise and ensure its preparation for approval.

In addition, the office develops and implements measures aimed at improving the structure of budget expenditures and increasing overall financial efficiency.
