The main goal of the department is to develop international cooperation, create a positive image of the Institute and actively promote its activities at both national and international levels.
The Department provides systematic information about the Institute's activities through interaction with the media, other institutions of society and the placement of news publications on official information resources. Specialists monitor international experience in the field of healthcare in order to develop and implement relevant projects and programs.
The Department actively participates in scientific and practical conferences, congresses, symposiums, seminars and other events on international cooperation, strategic development and medical rehabilitation. An important part of the work is the development of proposals for international cooperation in the field of healthcare, taking into account the priorities of the national health system, as well as participation in the preparation and organization of events in Kazakhstan and abroad.
The Department's competence includes cooperation with government agencies and healthcare organizations through negotiations and correspondence within the established competence.

The Department implements international projects and programs in the field of healthcare, organizes scientific and practical conferences, forums and seminars, and promotes the activities of the Institute and its branches. Considerable attention is paid to working with the media and public communications, conducting press tours and information events, as well as posting and maintaining up-to-date information on the Institute's official digital resources.

The key results of the Department's work are the successful implementation and support of international initiatives and partnerships, the organization and holding of international and national scientific and practical events, systematic coverage of the Institute's activities in national and regional media, as well as a noticeable increase in the Institute's recognition at the national and international levels.
