Ensures uninterrupted maintenance and proper condition in accordance with the procedure and norms of industrial sanitation and fire protection of buildings and premises in which the organization's divisions are located, participates in the development of plans for current and capital repairs of fixed assets, organizes repairs of premises, monitors the quality of repair work, controls the rational use of materials and funds, allocated for economic purposes.

Main functions:
-development of department work plans, participation in the adoption of the department budget;
-preparation of documentation for the conclusion of contracts for the repair and maintenance of buildings and structures, submission of an application for the purchase of fuels and lubricants for boilers and building materials;
-ensuring the rational use of building materials in accordance with established standards;
-drawing up duty schedules for electricians, plumbers and carpenters;
-preparation of annual, quarterly (monthly) repair and maintenance plans for buildings and structures;
-preparation of reports on the work of the department, submission of reports to the accounting department, timely report on the consumption of fuels and lubricants and building materials.

Areas of activity of the department:
-full provision of water supply, electricity, heating, repair of buildings and structures, maintenance of the territory of the enterprise in proper form.
