The main tasks of the medical and diagnostic department (LDO) are to ensure the quality and accessibility of medical services, including drug provision, by organizing professional medical rehabilitation services in accordance with the standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan, following orders, orders and instructions from the company's management, instructions from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and higher authorities with information about their implementation, improving the effectiveness of medical and diagnostic services, improving the quality of service, expanding the range of services and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The main functions of LDO - conducting medical rehabilitation of patients in the absence of contraindications using modern means and methods of physiotherapy in combination with other therapeutic and rehabilitative techniques, including laboratory and instrumental diagnostics, assessment of the clinical condition, morphological parameters, respiratory function, psychoemotional state and communication of the patient, determination of functional reserves of the body, assessment of the risk of complications from underlying and concomitant diseases, monitoring the effectiveness of the rehabilitation process, the introduction of modern achievements in the field of medical rehabilitation with an analysis of their effectiveness, ensuring continuity and interconnection with other medical organizations, as well as conducting consultations with specialized specialists.
