The main goal of the General Department is to create a stable and reliable management system for the complex. The Department organizes administrative activities, personnel administration, accounting, record keeping and document management. He is also responsible for the organizational support of all processes, internal control, administrative and business activities, as well as ensuring the safety and security of the institution's property.
The activities of the General Department are aimed at improving the overall management efficiency of the complex, strict compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, strengthening executive discipline and creating comfortable working conditions for all departments.
As part of its tasks, the General Department provides a unified system of record keeping and document management, organizes personnel accounting and personnel records management, maintains accounting records and monitors financial and economic activities within its competence. The Department is responsible for accounting, storage and movement of material assets, organization of cash work and compliance with cash discipline, as well as for monitoring labor discipline and internal labor regulations.
