The main purpose of Legal Management is to ensure legal stability and reliable protection of the interests of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Scientific Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Management accompanies all the activities of the Institute in strict accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and contributes to the successful implementation of its strategic and scientific objectives.

The Legal Department provides legal support for the activities of the Institute, its structural divisions and branches. Specialists conduct legal expertise of contractual documentation, internal regulatory documents and management decisions. The Office represents and defends the interests of the Institute in courts and other government agencies, and provides legal advice to management and employees on all issues that arise.

The management's responsibilities include legal support of labor, property and corporate legal relations, as well as participation in the assessment of legal risks and ensuring the legal security of the Institute's activities.

The main areas of activity are contractual and claim-based work, judicial and pre-trial representation of the Institute's interests, legal examination of documents, legal support for scientific and innovative activities, support for labor and corporate issues, and consulting on the application of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
