The republican dialogue platform on anti-corruption compliance was held in Astana
On September 29, 2026, Astana hosted the Republican Dialogue platform on the topic "Development of anti-corruption education and corporate culture: the role of compliance services."
Compliance officer of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abilkasym Bikenov took part in the event.
Within the framework of the dialogue platform, topical issues of anti-corruption policy, prevention of corruption risks and improvement of compliance services in public, quasi-public and private organizations were discussed.
Heads and representatives of state and public organizations took part in the work of the site, including Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs Darkhan Zhazykbai, Vice Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bauyrzhan Omarbekov, First Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbol Tuyakbayev, representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" and Management United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
The program included dialogue sessions on anti-corruption education and corporate culture formation, identification and assessment of corruption risks, conflict of interests, compliance with anti-corruption restrictions and improvement of compliance activities.
Special attention is paid to the development of professional competencies of compliance officers, corruption risk management practices, international experience, as well as the use of modern tools, including artificial intelligence technologies.
The participation of representatives of the Institute in events of this format promotes the exchange of practical experience and further improvement of anti-corruption mechanisms and compliance procedures in the organization.
