Compliance Officer of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation participated in a seminar on ethics and anti-corruption

On August 7, 2026, the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Akmola region held a seminar for representatives of the region's anti-corruption compliance services.
During the seminar, the participants discussed topical issues of the development of the anti-corruption compliance system, including the Institute of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Compliance: mechanisms for control and risk Management, as well as the basics of the compliance service and the specifics of the application of the anti-corruption standard.
The head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Akmola region, Chairman of the Ethics Council Nurkat Batyrkulov and Chairman of the Esti Bol Qory FOUNDATION Zhandos Aktayev addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
Compliance officer of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abilkasym Bikenov took part in the seminar.
The participation of representatives of the Institute in such events contributes to the improvement of internal control mechanisms, raising the level of legal and ethical culture of employees, as well as strengthening the principles of integrity, openness and transparency in the organization's activities.
