Exhale slowly for 4-6 seconds without exerting excessive force.
Duration: 8-10 repetitions.
Effect : prevents the collapse of small bronchi during exhalation, facilitates breathing and promotes better gas exchange.

3. Lifting the arms with breathing
Purpose: to improve chest mobility and respiratory coordination with movements.
Execution technique:
* Starting position — standing or sitting.
* As you inhale through your nose, slowly raise your arms up through the sides.
* Exhale slowly through your mouth and gently lower your arms.
Duration: 8-10 repetitions.
Effect: increases the excursion of the chest, improves ventilation of the lungs and promotes relaxation of the respiratory muscles.

It is recommended to perform breathing exercises 1-2 times a day in a well-ventilated room or outdoors under favorable weather conditions. All exercises should be performed without significant fatigue, at a slow pace and under control of well-being.
