Dear fellow citizens,

From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on this truly historic occasion—the entry into force of the New Constitution of our country!

Today marks the beginning of a new era in the history of sovereign Kazakhstan. We are embarking on a path of steady progress, comprehensive political and economic reforms, and large-scale modernization.

This day symbolizes a fundamental transformation of our political system, as well as the renewal of the key institutions of the State and civil society.

At the nationwide referendum held on 15 March, the people of Kazakhstan made a historic choice that will shape the country's development for decades to come. This landmark decision will forever remain in our nation's history as a vivid example of genuine patriotism and the high civic responsibility demonstrated by millions of our fellow citizens.

It is deeply symbolic that Constitution Day is now inseparably linked with the beginning of the Nauryznama decade. This significant date harmoniously unites the centuries-old traditions of spring renewal with the fundamental principles of the New Constitution—our commitment to civic solidarity, advanced knowledge, and conscientious work for the benefit of our Motherland.

I am confident that, relying on the firm legal foundation of this truly people's Constitution, we will undoubtedly achieve all our goals and strengthen in our society the constructive values of Law and Order, Diligence and Progress, Cleanliness and Environmental Stewardship.

United as an unbreakable force of national unity, we will undoubtedly reach new heights of global development and build a Just Kazakhstan—a state of equal opportunities and the comprehensive development of every citizen without exception.

I am confident in the successful realization of our plans, which will lead our Motherland toward lasting prosperity.

Long live the Republic of Kazakhstan!

Long live our people!
