Published by : Dana

Today, with the entry into force of the provisions of the updated Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, our country embarks on a new stage of development founded on the principles of justice, the rule of law, and the priority of human rights and dignity.

As the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly Tokayev, stated:

“This marks the beginning of a new era in the history of sovereign Kazakhstan. We are embarking on the main path of steady progress, political and economic reforms, and large-scale modernization. This day symbolizes a fundamental transformation of the political system, as well as the key institutions of the state and civil society.”

For the healthcare system, the constitutional provisions aimed at ensuring access to quality medical care, advancing preventive medicine, strengthening public health, supporting motherhood and childhood, and creating favorable conditions for the development of medical science and the implementation of innovative technologies are of particular importance.

For the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, these principles serve as the foundation for further development. The Institute will continue to enhance scientific research, introduce advanced technologies in medical rehabilitation and health resort treatment, expand international cooperation, and develop effective approaches to preserving and restoring public health.

We are confident that the implementation of the provisions of the updated Constitution will provide a strong impetus for the continued development of Kazakhstan’s healthcare system, strengthen the country’s scientific potential, and improve the quality of life of its citizens. The Institute’s team remains committed to contributing to these goals, guided by the principles of professionalism, responsibility, and service to society.
