Training seminar "Effective communications in the field of healthcare" at the Burabay Medical and Wellness Complex

A two-day training seminar on Effective communications in the field of healthcare, organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was held at the branch of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Burabay Medical and Wellness Complex.
The event brought together press secretaries and public relations specialists from 15 regions of Kazakhstan, becoming an important platform for exchanging experiences, improving professional competencies and discussing topical issues of communication in the field of healthcare.
The main speakers of the seminar were Zauresh Balkenova and Saltanat Askerbekkyzy, experts in the field of strategic communications, interaction with the media and reputation management.
During the seminar, the participants considered modern approaches to building effective communications in the healthcare system, issues of interaction with the media, anti-crisis communications, shaping the public agenda, as well as the specifics of working in the digital space and social networks. Special attention was paid to practical cases, analysis of real situations and development of public speaking skills.
Following the results of the training seminar, the participants were awarded certificates of completion of training confirming advanced training in the field of communications in the field of healthcare.
