The XII International Congress "Sanatorium Treatment"

On May 21, the XII International Congress "Sanatorium Treatment" started in Moscow, bringing together leading experts, scientists, heads of medical organizations and specialists of the sanatorium industry from different countries. Within the framework of the congress, participants intend to discuss modern approaches to the development of sanatorium treatment, issues of marketing and economics of the industry, the introduction of innovative technologies, as well as prospects for further improvement of the system of medical rehabilitation and preventive medicine.
Director of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayagul Kairgeldina delivered a welcoming speech to the participants of the congress. In her speech, she stressed that today sanatorium treatment and medical rehabilitation are gaining special importance in the modern healthcare system. With the growth of chronic diseases and the need to restore the quality of life of the population, issues of comprehensive rehabilitation, prevention and health promotion are becoming one of the most important areas of government policy.
It was noted that the International Congress is an important platform for professional dialogue, exchange of experience, discussion of modern scientific approaches and prospects for the development of the sanatorium industry.
The Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to work on expanding international cooperation, strengthening scientific and practical ties, introducing modern rehabilitation technologies and developing the sanatorium-resort system in Kazakhstan in accordance with international standards.
