Digital Library of the Scientific Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation with the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has launched a digital library of rare books and publications dedicated to the development of the sanatorium industry.
The electronic fund includes publications from the Soviet period, scientific papers and research, historical materials, methodological recommendations in the field of balneology, medical rehabilitation and restorative treatment, as well as other valuable materials of scientific and practical interest to industry specialists.
Now, unique archival and scientific publications will be systematized and made available in digital format on the Institute's official website, which will expand access to professional knowledge, preserve scientific heritage, and create a unified information base for specialists, researchers, students, and anyone interested in spa treatment and medical rehabilitation.
The implementation of this project will be an important step in the development of digitalization of the industry, popularization of domestic balneology and preservation of the historical and scientific heritage of the sanatorium treatment system in Kazakhstan.
