The Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation Included in the National Ranking of Scientific Organizations
Based on the results of the 2025 ranking assessment of scientific organizations and medical universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducted by the National Scientific Center for Healthcare Development named after Salidat Kairbekova, the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been included among the organizations evaluated according to key indicators of scientific and innovative activity.
The ranking was compiled based on an analysis covering the period from 2023 to 2025 and includes a wide range of indicators, such as publication activity, citation rates, participation in scientific projects, implementation of research results, and the development of innovation activities. In total, dozens of scientific organizations and medical universities across the country were assessed.
The Institute’s participation in this ranking confirms its integration into the national system of scientific evaluation and reflects its ongoing efforts to develop scientific potential in the field of balneology and medical rehabilitation.
According to the presented data, the Institute demonstrates positive dynamics across a number of indicators, including the development of scientific research, publication activity, and the implementation of research results into practical healthcare. This indicates consistent efforts to strengthen the scientific foundation and expand the applied value of its research.
Inclusion in the ranking is an important indicator of recognition of the Institute’s activities at the national level and confirms its role in the development of the medical rehabilitation system and spa and health resort treatment in Kazakhstan.
