A New Organizational Structure Approved for the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
A new organizational structure has been approved at the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The corresponding decision was made following the completion of all required approval procedures by the Supervisory Board and the authorized body.
The update of the organizational structure is driven by the expansion of the Institute’s scope of activities, the implementation of strategic objectives for the development of the sanatorium and resort sector, as well as plans to open new филиals. Among the key factors are the need to further strengthen scientific potential, improve the management system, and expand the functions of scientific, clinical, and administrative units.
The adopted structure is aimed at enhancing the Institute’s operational efficiency, ensuring sustainable development, and introducing modern approaches in the field of medical rehabilitation and balneology.
