On February 11, the International Day of Women and Girls in Science is celebrated worldwide, a date designed to highlight the key role of women in building scientific potential, developing innovation and strengthening the health system.
The Scientific Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan makes a significant contribution to the development of medical science in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and in this process, women scientists occupy an active and often leading position. They successfully realize themselves in research, clinical and educational activities, forming a modern scientific agenda in the field of balneology, restorative medicine and medical rehabilitation.

An important role in this process is played by the Temporary Scientific Staff (VNK), which provides scientific and methodological support for research, project expertise and transfer of scientific developments to practical healthcare.
