The Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan consistently strengthens the corporate culture focused on preserving national values, uniting the team and popularizing the cultural heritage of Kazakhstan.

One of these initiatives was the "Zhuma – ulttyk kiim kuni" tradition, created to create a special Friday atmosphere filled with the spirit of national culture, respect for the origins and modern ethnic style.

The initiative is aimed at popularizing Kazakhstan's rich cultural heritage among employees, increasing interest in the history, symbols and aesthetics of national clothing, strengthening the corporate spirit and developing a friendly, unifying environment, creating a positive and inspiring atmosphere on working days.

Every Friday, the institute's staff comes to work in elements of the Kazakh national costume - from a camisole and a shapan to modern ethnic accessories and design solutions. This format not only decorates everyday life with vivid images, but also emphasizes respect for culture and continuity of traditions.

It is important for the Institute not only to introduce advanced technologies in the field of medicine and rehabilitation, but also to preserve the spiritual values of the people. The tradition of "Zhuma – ulttyk kiim kuni" reflects the commitment of the Institute of cultural identity of Kazakhstan and contributes to the formation of a corporate environment based on unity, respect and patriotism.
