International scientific and practical conference "Innovative approaches in children's rehabilitation: from technologies to results",

On May 28-29, 2025, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Innovative Approaches to Rehabilitation of Children: from Technologies to Results" was held in Astana at the National Center for Children's Rehabilitation. The conference was attended by employees of the branch of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Burabay Health and Wellness Complex - Chief Physician Maira Sadykova, Head of Rehabilitation Department No. 2 Saule Egizbaeva and Deputy Head of the Educational and Training Department Dinara Orlova.

The program of the event included a plenary session on the topic "International Experience of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Care", as well as work of sections in such areas as robotic technologies and the possibilities of physical medicine and rehabilitation, comprehensive neurorehabilitation: an interdisciplinary approach, psychological and pedagogical correction and social adaptation of children: the experience of the Asyl Miras center, a multidisciplinary approach in early comprehensive rehabilitation.

During the conference, the participants received valuable knowledge and practical recommendations based on modern international approaches to children's rehabilitation. The experience gained will be used in the future work of the complex, contributing to the improvement of the effectiveness of rehabilitation care.

Participation in such events allows specialists of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to expand their professional horizons, exchange experiences and introduce advanced practices into clinical activities. The Institute systematically supports the development of human resources, emphasizing the importance of continuous professional growth in the field of rehabilitation medicine.
