Seminars on tourism development - new knowledge, ideas and plans

On April 15 and 17, 2025, the Wyndham Garden Burabay Hotel hosted a series of training seminars for representatives of the tourism sector of the Burabay district. The organizers were Kazakh Tourism JSC, the Tourism Department of the Akmola region and the tourist information center Visit Aqmola.

The events were attended by the chief physician of the branch of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mayra Sadykova, and the head of the Center for Paid Services and Reservations, Gulchehra Fayzullayeva.

The program includes three thematic trainings:

"Standardization, certification and quality of services: basic concepts"

Speaker: Marzhan Omarbekovna Traispayeva, Director of the Department of Tourism Products Development of Kazakh Tourism JSC.

"Ecological tourism and its contribution to the wellness industry. Tourism and Sustainable Development Goals"

Speaker: Evgeny Vladimirovich Klimov, President of the Foundation for the Integration of Ecological Culture.

"Marketing in tourism: from customer acquisition to reputation management"

Speaker: Anna Sukhanova, expert in the field of commercial strategy and marketing.

The purpose of the seminars was to discuss current challenges and prospects for the development of tourism in the region. Special attention was paid to the quality of service, the promotion of tourism products and the sustainable development of the industry.

As a result, the participants received certificates confirming the completion of the training.

The seminars have become not only a platform for the exchange of experience, but also an important step towards strengthening cooperation and professional growth of industry specialists.
