The Second Forum of Partners in the name of Health: "Problems of environmental protection and possible solutions through the interaction of humans, animals and the environment"

On November 21, 2024, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the World Health Organization (WHO), held the Second Forum of Partners in the Name of Health.

The main topic of the meeting was the issues of environmental protection and the search for solutions through the integration of human, animal and ecosystem interaction.

The Forum is aimed at supporting Kazakhstan in implementing initiatives to improve the health and well-being of the population. The participants discussed current environmental issues and their impact on health, developed strategies to address them, and shared best practices and knowledge in strengthening the health system and sustainable development of regions exposed to environmental risks.

The event brought together representatives of international organizations, the academic environment, government authorities and the professional community.

Kanat Tekebayev, Deputy Director for Organizational and Methodological Work, Madina Baurzhan, Head of the Department of Scientific Research and Marlan Yessilbayev, Head of the Marketing and International Cooperation Department, took part in the events from the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Forum has become a significant platform for uniting the efforts of national and international partners aimed at improving public health through the creation of a sustainable and favorable environmental environment.

The Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to strengthen international relations, introduce best practices and contribute to the development of a sustainable healthcare system in Kazakhstan.
