Compliance, or adherence to laws and internal standards, has come to the fore in recent years with increasing emphasis on transparency and ethical practices. Today, companies and government agencies are faced with the need not only to formally comply with the rules, but also to actively anticipate and prevent risks associated with fraud, corruption, data leaks and violations of reporting standards.
