Kanat Tekebayev, Deputy Director of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in a round table on the topic "The preferential right of trade unions to receive land in sanatorium and resort areas".

The participants, including representatives of trade unions, civil society and government agencies, discussed the possibilities of expanding the rights of trade unions to purchase land for the organization of recreation facilities.

Following the results of the event, there was a consensus that such a public-private partnership would make it possible to more effectively solve the tasks of improving the quality of life of employees and increasing their loyalty to employers, but the initiative requires more detailed study with the relevant government agencies.

It should be recalled that the scientific staff of the Research Institute of Balneology and Medical Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the National Center for Occupational Hygiene and Occupational Diseases, are developing new programs to improve the health of the working population.
